I support the implementation and optimization of Reflex, a warehouse management system (WMS). My main tasks include:

Understanding warehouse operations like receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.

Configuring Reflex to match the client's logistics needs.

Testing system functions to ensure everything works correctly.

Helping users with training and support.

Creating documentation for processes and system use.

Promoted to lead the management of one of the warehouses in the business to improve the performance and supply of the services provided, as well as the management and control of the external warehouse:

• Management and control of the external warehouse: stock control, inventory management, procurement, deviation control, systems integration.

• Operations analysis and successful planification and coordination of warehouse sourcing, meeting all departments KPI.

• Business oriented decision-making of new services for the client, working together with IT and Commercial departments.

First experience abroad to be part of an iconic logistics company in an e-commerce

warehouse:

• Inbound and incoming goods processing.

• Picking of e-commerce products.
