Hi, I’m Iván — a fractional Engineering Manager / Team Lead with 15+ years building and scaling SaaS products. I help early-stage and growing teams bring focus and momentum: turning fuzzy goals into a clear delivery plan, making pragmatic architecture trade-offs, and helping engineers ship consistently without burning out.

I’m comfortable wearing both hats: leadership and execution. I can coach and unblock the team, and I can also implement critical pieces when it adds leverage (spikes, core services, migrations, performance work, CI/CD improvements).

Core stack & strengths (hands-on): Elixir, Phoenix, Ruby (Rails), PostgreSQL, AWS, TypeScript/React. I’ve worked across product engineering and platform concerns: backend APIs, data modelling, scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
