Jorge Marco

I am a Computer Vision and Machine Learning specialist with over 20 years of experience in both academic and corporate environments. In the private sector, I drove the technological development of a startup that achieved €3 million in revenue. At CaixaBank, I contributed to process improvement through system modernization and data analysis. My research work includes developing solar-prediction models at CIEMAT and creating fraud-detection algorithms based on convolutional and transformer architectures at the UC3M-Santander Big Data Institute. As a university professor, I teach courses on Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Statistics for undergraduate and master’s level students in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Vision and Engineering degrees.
