Deputy head of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot practice. Working closely with the Head of the Salesforce practice in the UK and India among other representatives within Capgemini’s Salesforce CoE in UK and across Europe. Leading a group of 31 cross-functional consultants with different levels of seniority. In my day-to-day, I also deal with escalations, recruiting, budgeting, and resource allocation among other tasks.

Technical lead/lead architect to ensure the successful delivery of a major migration of one of the biggest retail groups in the UK. Supporting the delivery team, ensuring best practices and delivery standards are maintained across a team of 12 consultants and business analysts.

SFMC Managing Architect leading an international roll-out in the automotive sector of Marketing Cloud (including Datorama and Interaction Studio) within a bigger Salesforce landscape (including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Mulesoft). Supporting the delivery team, ensuring best practices and delivery standards are maintained across a team of 16 consultants and business analysts (for the Marketing Cloud scope).

Solution design and hands-on configuration. Stakeholder management both internally and externally. Working alongside the Salesforce team on the strategic approach from a technology standpoint.

Led Pracedo's Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice for the UK and Australia, which was formed of a team of 5 consultants with a blend of development and functional skills and with different levels of seniority. In my day-to-day, I dealt with escalations, recruiting, resource allocation, and career support among other tasks.

Acted as the delivery lead for every engagement where an element of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud was included (both Marketing Cloud standalone and cross-cloud) to ensure the successful delivery of the agreed scope and timelines within the signed budget. Solution design and hands-on involvement throughout the implementation of the project.

Defined the delivery approach, methodology, ways of working and standards for the practice. These were non-existent at the time I took the role. This approach was proven successful as Pracedo’s reputation in this space grew significantly under my lead. This success was measured in the size of the engagements.

Discovery, solution design, implementation, and training. With hands-on in each of the phases of the project. Adhered to Emark’s delivery methodology and standards.
