Since 2017, I’ve managed the full employee lifecycle: end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, compensation discussions, offboarding, and people operations.

I usually join teams that need structure but don’t yet need (or can’t sustain) a full-time HR role. My focus is on bringing clarity, continuity, and practical solutions, without overengineering processes.
