Hi, I'm Leilany! I'm an embedded advisor in leadership development and talent strategy. My approach is hands-on: I work as a trusted insider to your business, partnering with leadership and HR teams to design, build, and implement solutions tailored to your culture, team, and resources.

With a background in psychology and 15+ years in learning and development, I bring both the science of how people learn and practical insight into what motivates and inspires teams. I'm driven by the purposeful nature of my work - building trust, genuinely understanding each organization's unique people and challenges, and solving complex problems that create tangible impact. Improving the employee (and human) experience has always been my calling, and I'm fortunate to do what I love each day.

As a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and pursuing CPTD certification, I stay current with industry best practices while always adapting them to your unique context. My approach leverages Situational Leadership, behavioral assessments (Predictive Index, DISC, PDP), and evidence-based talent development practices.

I've partnered with organizations from 4-person startups to 800+ employee enterprises across North America and Europe. Based in Barcelona, I welcome opportunities to support teams across both continents.
