Provide stable automated solutions for our internal customers to speed up product testing and delivery. Responsible for the adoption of SRE principles and apply the same on CICD tools. Deployment, support and monitoring of existing and new services, platforms, and application stacks. Measurement and optimization of system performance Capacity planning and management of platform. Evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve system performance. Improve system monitoring and alerting to reduce incident resolution time. Work with engineering and application development teams to improve system performance through environment upgrades and improvements. Contribute to building the development infrastructure used by internal product teams and drive different automation projects with the latest technologies. Research, assess, implement, and maintain new technology solutions in the platform. Set standards, establish guidelines and share best practices in order to ensure continuous learning and improvement. AWS: EC2, S3, VPC, Transit DynamoDB, route53, ACM, etc. GCP: etc.

Design and implement solutions for the team following best practices and standards. Define and implement Code and Release management strategies for the team. Focus on Automation to improve efficiency. Partner with the product team to explain in plain language technical scenarios and collaborate on product vision and roadmaps. Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate, prioritize, and plan work items to be handled during sprints and iterations. Collaborate with development and QA throughout the design and deployment processes while establishing and maintaining standards to improve quality and delivery time.
