Responsibilities: As QA Chapter Lead of the Driver Application Tribe, my responsibility is to lead, mentor and coach a team of SDET (Software Development Engineers in Test) during the development of new functionalities of the iOS & Android Application for our Drivers, to build our Quality Assurance framework, test automation, processes, and methodologies, using a KPI and data- driven based approach into the decision making process.

I put strong focus into leading by example, working hands on on the several QA aspects involved in the job, stimulating my team and driving them both into their career growth and at the same tame helping towards the delivery of excellence in our Application.

I am in charge also of providing Quality check on our new application releases, and leading the QA contribution into building a fully automated pipeline towards CD/CI.

My stakeholders are CTO, Head of Engineering, Tribe Leads, Head of Product and Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Scrum Masters and Developers and my role focuses also in order to achieve the release of great quality products.

Responsibilities: As Head of QA, my responsibility is to provide the best user experience to our customers over the several shops including the fast growing Chinese one, providing quality in each new shop release. In order to achieve this, I run a team of 11 people, part of them remotely in our Romanian branch in Sibiu. The team focuses on manual testing including frontend (new features, bug fixes, responsive design, mobile devices fragmentation, App testing), Test Automation (building a test automation framework based on Selenium Grid, Jenkins, Maven, POM), backend testing (integration, feeds, scripting, email, and so on). My stakeholders are Business people, the Board, CTO, Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, Software Architects and Team Leads, and my role focus also on strong synchronisation activities through these people among the two remote offices, in order to achieve the release of great quality products. My skills come after almost 10 years of solid experience in QA as developer, Test automation Leader and People and Project Manager.
