Hi! I'm Lisa - an Operations, Admin and Onboarding professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate Sales Operations, Customer Success & Process Management in international B2B and SaaS environments as well as an Entrepreneur.

Over the years, I’ve supported teams and clients with client Onboarding, Project coordination, Process management, Documentation, as a System Key User & Test Lead, Process & System Trainings and Day-to-Day operations.

After many years in corporate roles, I have been transitioning into independent work and offering my experience as a structured, detail-oriented and reliable Operational, Project & Admin support for growing, service-oriented and purpose-driven businesses & Founders.
