I’m an ICF Certified Career and Life Coach (ACC) helping people in life or career transitions reconnect with themselves, their values, body, and inner voice, so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years in big corporations and start-ups in various sectors, designing and leading learning programs across cultures. I've also spent over 7 years in management positions, coaching and leading teams.
My approach blends coaching, somatic awareness, and nature.
