Currently supporting BMW Group's global trade compliance operations across Germany, GB, Hungary and the US.

What I do day to day:

▸ Export and import declarations — monitoring, incomplete documents, resolution

▸ Customs Management and Trade Preference in SAP GTS

▸ Master data maintenance — business partners, products, licences, sanctioned party lists

▸ System integration monitoring — RFC connections and IDocs across SAP modules

Before GTS, I spent 2+ years at EY supporting Radisson Hotel Group's SAP systems across 300+ properties worldwide — progressing from support consultant to leading the global payments workstream, managing client and vendor relationships weekly.

My background in hotel operations — 10+ years across 3 to 5 star properties — is what brought me into SAP in the first place. I knew how hospitality businesses worked, and that made me a better consultant from day one.

Now looking for an international SAP GTS role — implementation, migration or post go-live support. Open to relocation.

› Documentation: Functional analysis reports, process documentation and knowledge base articles supporting implementation and continuous improvement cycles.
