As a Design Engineer, I am adept at leading the mechanical engineering design and
development of battery packs, focusing on high-end applications like aerospace and
motorsport through the utilization of 3D Experience - Catia v6.
My responsibilities include designing and developing mechanical assemblies and structures,
ensuring compliance with performance targets for mass, safety, certification, and structural
requirements. Collaborating seamlessly with electrical, structural, and thermal simulation

As a member of the development team at an electric motorcycle manufacturer, I assumed a
pivotal role overseeing various aspects of motorcycle systems. This encompassed design,

simulation, validation, testing, and industrialization. Collaborating closely with cross-
functional teams including purchasing, quality, and production departments, I ensured a

fluid coordination within the team.
My primary focus involved designing new components for upcoming motorcycle models,
ensuring alignment with cost, manufacturing methods, and timelines. This necessitated
collaboration with suppliers to achieve optimal performance. The components I worked on
ranged from tubular steel welded structures (e.g., chassis) and plastic parts (e.g., bodywork)
to machined or casting parts (e.g., swing arms, brackets, gearwheels). Additionally, I
contributed to system studies such as rear linkage suspension geometry design and the
development of a powertrain system for an entirely new bike model.

E-tech racing is a Formula Student team in which university students develop and
manufacture a car to compete with other universities at an international level. There I was
part of the vehicle dynamics department and carried out the design, simulation,
manufacturing and validation tasks of the unsprung mass system of the car (upright, hub,
wheels, braking system and part of the transmission).
I had the opportunity to work with various companies in the industrial sector, thus seeing
how engineering teams work. Another important aspect is that I was able to develop some
basic tools of a mechanical / industrial engineer such as computer aided design or simulation
with the finite element method, as well as other transversal skills such as teamwork and
project management.
