Reporting to Head of Group Financial Reporting and Consolidation, key tasks are:

- Overseeing reporting package submitted by subsidiaries (Spain, the Netherlands and Brazil markets) ensuring that financial information it's aligned with group accounting policies and IFRS.

- Ensure compliance of financial information with external and internal reporting requirements.

- Support local finance teams and solve issues regarding complex transactions.

- Assist the Group's external auditors with the annual audit of consolidated financial statements.

- Prepare support documentation related to main transactions of the subsidiaries.

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial statements and related schedules and documentation in accordance with IFRS for internal and external use while ensuring that the internal and external reporting deadlines are met.

- Working with M&A in relation to acquisition of new companies and perform PPA assessment.

- Acquisition/disposal accounting.

- Impairment test for goodwill of Brazilian entities and IFRS 16.

- Responsible for group accounting procedures of IFRS 16.

- Owner of group intangible assets reporting for Management, ensuring that intangible assets meet recognition criteria according to IAS 38.

- Participate of hiring process of new team members and be part of the onboarding.

Being part of the set up of Global Shared Service Center.

- Data migration project lead

- Set up accounting procedures in collaboration with external consultants.

- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities for local entities for IFRS and statutory purposes.

- Financial review for month end close actual vs Forecast figures and interaction with FP&A department

- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules under IFRS and other standards (mainly countries like Spain, France, UK, and Switzerland).

- Coordination and relationship with Compliance, External and Internal Auditors.

- Ensuring Accounting Policies & Procedures Manuals are maintained current and accurate in electronic format.

- Responsible for the consolidation of 30 entities and reporting to headquarters (175M Sales)

- Project Manager for different functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 acting as key user and other tasks like enhancements definition and prioritization, end-user testing and approval.
