As IT Finance Manager, I oversaw IT systems supporting the financial department across steel production facilities in Spain and Portugal. I managed SAP implementations and configurations, coordinated system upgrades and integrations, and ensured accurate financial reporting in close collaboration with the finance, accounting, controlling and coding teams. I participated in the go-live of new factories in both countries, overseeing the SAP system implementation and preparing end-users to operate the new platform effectively. Additionally, I optimized IT processes to enhance efficiency in financial workflows, and gained extensive experience in enterprise SAP systems, industrial finance operations, and managing multinational IT projects.

Position at Akkodis within the IT Collections department of TotalEnergies. I supported the implementation, configuration and maintenance of financial and collections-related IT systems, working closely with business and technical teams. My tasks included analysing requirements to support accurate billing and cash collection processes, participating in system testing, updates and integrations, and contributing to the resolution of IT incidents. I also assisted in the preparation of documentation and reports for internal stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in financial IT systems, enterprise environments and consulting within a large international energy company.

As a Functional IT Consultant, I supported finance operations by implementing and maintaining Workday financial modules within Stage Entertainment whose head office is in Amsterdam. I am a member of an international team, personally based in Spain, collaborating daily with colleagues across Europe to provide support to the entire company in each country. In particular, I focus on supporting the Spanish team and act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and coordination between Spain and the rest of the organization. I collaborate closely with finance teams to analyse and resolve system issues, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth daily operations. My role includes participating in testing updates, enhancements, and integrations, as well as contributing to the preparation of detailed documentation, user guides, and process manuals. I deliver training and ongoing support to end-users, facilitating adoption of the system and improving efficiency in financial workflows. Through this experience, I’m developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, gaining practical expertise in enterprise financial systems and IT consulting, and acquiring hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing Workday solutions in a complex, fast-paced entertainment industry environment.
