- Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies and discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships - Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and approve the ordering of necessary goods and services, finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries, Examine and test existing contracts - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company and foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients - Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies, perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements - Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

Activities: Sourcing activities. Bidder List preparation ITB issue and expediting of offer reception. Bid Opening to pre-select supplier for further technical and commercial clarification. Commercial Bid Tabulation involving clarification meetings and alignment with technical tabulations. First contact with vendor after PO issued to get acknowledgment. Organization of Kick-Off Meeting to align requirements with vendors (ex. Vendor document list and it criticality, explanation of interface systems. Collection of fabrication schedules at the beginning of the project but no updates during the manufacturing process Check for issue of initial vendor’s drawings on Vendor Data Base (interface system) Collection of the monthly procurement status from vendor just as milestones negotiated Manage amendments or/and change orders during life of purchase order. Collection and review of shipping documents as per delivery date agreed on contract. Issue Packing/ Delivery Release Note Manage site Overage, Shortages, and Damages, to correct any issues face on material delivery. Check’s invoices based on fulfilment of its contractual obligations linked to related instalments Issue of the vendor’s evaluation report Spain - UK - Colombia
