Mariano De La Canal

I have had the great experience of working together with Mariano in the context of a Design Thinking Camp, where he was taking the role as a lead coach and I as one of the group coaches. During the preparation phase, he openly shared his knowledge and experiences based on real life cases with us. For me as a group coach, especially the way he analyses and explains group interactions has been very insightful. He always has an idea on how to solve a challenging situation, whether it is interaction- or method-related. Further, it has been inspiring on how Mariano presents in front of a group since he approaches groups in an open and honest manner, knows how to include the audience and easily builds bridges between people. Mariano and I met during a Design Thinking training in India 2018. He trained me in the Design Thinking methodology and gave me impulses how I can apply Design Thinking in our customer experience program at Lufthansa Technik. Since then, I conducted several DT workshops with Mariano in the lead role.

Mariano is an awesome coach seeing the individual potential of everyone new in that topic and role. His talent is to inspire people to change and reflect their common ways of working.

Mariano has the ability to catch the attention of any audience regardless cultural or ethnical origin. Seeing him inspiring my colleagues from Korea, China, the United States, Germany, Puerto Rico, the Philippines and many other countries has been one of my most rewarding experience this year.
