During my internship at OSCAR menswear line, I had the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the fashion industry. Through my role as Creative Director Assistant, I gained insight into the creative process and saw firsthand how designers develop concepts and translate them into tangible products. In addition to this, I was able to develop valuable skills in the technical aspects of fashion design. Specifically, I was responsible for creating garment tech packs using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Illustrator and CLO3D. This allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of how designs are communicated to suppliers, ensuring that the final product meets the designer's specifications. Finally, I was exposed to the intricacies of supply chain management in the fashion industry. As a supplier support assistant, I learned how to navigate the communication channels between the design team and suppliers, and how to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and on time. Overall, my internship experience at OSCAR menswear line provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry, from design concepts to production processes. I gained valuable skills and knowledge that have prepared me for a career in fashion design and management.
