As a Staff Content Designer at Qonto, I led content strategy and UX writing initiatives for financial products, with a strong focus on cards and payment experiences.

I worked on complex topics such as debit vs. credit modes, cashback systems, and financial statements, translating them into clear, compliant, and user-friendly content. My role involved close collaboration with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across in-app experiences and lifecycle communications.

I played a key role in scaling content practices, contributing to design systems, localization frameworks, and governance models to support multiple European markets. Additionally, I mentored team members and helped elevate content quality across the organization.

At Glovo, I worked as a UX Writer shaping end-to-end experiences for a fast-paced, on-demand delivery platform operating across multiple international markets.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and scalable content for core user journeys, including ordering, tracking, and customer support. My work focused on improving clarity, reducing friction, and adapting messaging to different cultural contexts through localization.

I also contributed to content systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency across markets while supporting rapid product iterations. This role deepened my experience in growth-driven environments and in designing content for mobile-first, high-frequency interactions.

As a UX Writer at Mercado Libre, I contributed to improving user experiences across high-impact digital products in Latin America’s leading e-commerce platform. I focused on crafting clear, user-centred copy that simplified complex flows such as payments, onboarding, and transactions at scale.

Working closely with product designers, researchers, and engineers, I helped define content strategies that balanced business goals with user needs. My role involved ensuring consistency across touchpoints, optimizing microcopy for conversion, and localizing content for diverse markets.

This experience strengthened my ability to design for large ecosystems, handle high-traffic products, and make data-informed decisions to enhance usability and trust.
