📆 Right now, I’m COO at Que Cachondeo Grupo, an event and creative agency, where I make sure everything runs smoothly—from building internal processes and managing budgets to handling logistics and people ops.
🔩 At the same time, I’m leading key projects at Empatiza2, a headhunting and training company. There, I’m shaping the LinkedIn strategy, building the website from scratch, rolling out tools like Teamtailor, and launching new training and product initiatives.
🔄 My main focus is to create processes and strategies that make things run better, while keeping a creative edge and a focus on what really matters.
