Consultor inmobiliario con experiencia en varios ámbitos del sector, desde pequeñas agencias inmobiliarias hasta empresas promotoras, pasando por una consultora internacional especializada en el real estate.
En dichas empresas he llevado a cabo tareas tanto comerciales como analíticas, lo que me ha permitido tener un conocimiento amplio del mercado.
He asesorado tanto a clientes finales como a empresas en la búsqueda de activos inmobiliarios, tanto del sector residencial como del logístico/industrial. También he llevado a cabo análisis de activos y de mercado, análisis de precio de nuevas promociones residenciales y he preparado propuestas de inversión para clientes institucionales.
Finalmente, y como muestra de mi pasión por el sector, preparé un plan de expansión para una agencia inmobiliaria en la que estuve trabajando y, actualmente, estoy llevando a cabo una propuesta de inversión inmobiliaria para una empresa constructora.
