Built and deployed ELSS — a fully automated inventory management system for 8 warehouses across Spain and Portugal. The system pulls stock data from Dynamics 365, identifies whether shortages should be solved by purchasing or by transferring stock between locations, and sends tailored alerts automatically with no manual work involved. Result: OTIF improved from 80% to 95%, PO processing time reduced by 40%.

Also managed the full supply chain for maritime equipment and spares — sourcing, procurement, international shipping, and supplier coordination across Europe. Maintained 95% inventory accuracy during a period of 40% growth in business volume.

Built a full logistics analytics platform from scratch for Asmodee Ibérica — cleaned and connected data from the ERP, built a Power BI dashboard covering shipments, warehouse movements, stock rotation, and operator productivity, and developed a VBA cost calculator for carrier comparison.

The analysis directly supported a 20% cost reduction in distribution contracts.
