As the Lead Industrial Designer at Elgin, I oversee the design and development of innovative workwear consumer electronics, with a specialization in hearing protection earbuds. My role encompasses the entire product development lifecycle, from initial ideation and concept development to detailed CAD design and rendering. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. Utilizing advanced design tools and methodologies, I create products that not only protect but also enhance the daily lives of our users. My work at Elgin reflects a commitment to excellence in design and a deep understanding of the needs of our consumers.

As a Graphic Designer at Merrell, I developed comprehensive training manuals for the technical representative team, streamlining the training process and enhancing team efficiency. Leveraging my expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, I created, edited, and organized a wide array of visual assets, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing, and effective training materials. My work played a key role in supporting the technical team's training initiatives and overall productivity.
