• teams need alignment before development or automation

My approach is pragmatic and async-friendly. I start with structured discovery, map the end-to-end flow (roles, handoffs, exceptions), and deliver clear visual diagrams and documentation that developers and stakeholders can use immediately.

• Requirements pack / mini-BRD

• SOP package (3–5 procedures max)

• Improvement recommendations with prioritization
