Payroll end to end cycle: input and calculation of payroll, social security and taxes, for national and foreign companies. Personnel administration: hires, exits, contractual modifications, dismissals, sick leaves, child birth. Tax submission of monthly, quartely and annual models: residen and non resident. Legal advisor and knowledge transfer for HR common practice.Management of more than 10 collective bargaining agreements. Preparation of equlity plans and wage registers.
