Analytics and data transformation executive with 15+ years at the intersection of technology, governance and business decision-making — having led analytics practices, owned P&L, and worked inside CIO offices of complex, regulated organisations.

Many data and analytics initiatives underperform not because of the technology itself, but because nobody connects the platform to the business problem it is meant to solve. I have spent my career closing that gap: structuring analytics propositions, turning fragmented data environments into reliable executive reporting, and making sure that what gets built actually supports decisions.

My background combines SAP analytics leadership, enterprise data governance, CIO-office strategy and programme governance across banking, public sector and multinational environments. I have worked across SAP BW, SAC and PaPM contexts, built internal analytics products, secured internal funding, led teams of 40+, and held full P&L accountability.

I work best when an organisation has data, tools and reporting layers, but leadership cannot fully trust the numbers — and someone needs to understand both why that is happening technically and what it takes to fix it at the decision-making level.
