The E2E Manufacturing IT Site Leader is responsible for managing IT Operation services for the site across all of the client's IT suppliers as well as facilities providers in an Integrator function. In this role, the E2E IT Leader will be closely working with the business team on an ongoing basis to manage the IT operations and their interfaces to applications as well as proactively work with the client leadership team in the site to drive continuous improvement and innovation. The E2E Leader has full end-to-end ownership for the IT services for the client site. Job description: -Grows understanding of business at site and BU level to analyze delivery requirements & contribute to the business plan -Contact for operational & tactical issues representing delivery of all services (all functions) to the business: manages performance metrics, reporting, escalation & communication -End to end IT operations management and oversight; including Incident, Problem, Change and escalation management across various client IT and Facilities suppliers -End user and senior site management communication on all IT services including during incidents and escalations -Own the resolution of the incident to closure with resumption of normal operations -Pro-active leadership to drive a Continuous Improvement -Business Impact and RCA analysis for client management

• - Ensures performance goals are met for all in scope services across all towers: identifying & analysing gaps & implementing corrective action plans -Control Self Assessments and Risk Analysis -Accountability DR / BCP at site and ownership

• - Being part of the global P&G IT organization, with the E2E Ops leader role for Jijona P&G plant within the local/regional IT OT team. Main responsibilities are:

• - Accountability for the execution of the IT & OT operations

• - Manage site IT/OT Operations, Infrastructure, Applications, and Service, leveraging global - standards for installations and configurations and guide the use of the company approved globally standard tools.

• - Monitors service delivery performance and compliance with high focus on quality, standards, operational excellence and delivery on time.

• - Ensure clear business and technical solution alignment

• - Accountability for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration management and Continuous improvement accountability based on ITIL good practices

• - Cost savings

• - Performance of IT audits for security and service continuity policies compliance

• - Project & Consultancy addition to the role region. Main responsibilities on this role are: First Level Escalation Contact for specific CSA Control Acts as the master of a specific CSA Control Provides guidance and consult during key time zones on specific CSA Controls Prepares, participates and provides technical support in GIA for in-scope CSA Controls.

Creates materials and conducts training for the CSA Control Contributes to the Global Knowledgebase for the CSA Control Calibrates the skills of E2E leaders for the specific CSA Control Questionnaire. Identifies opportunities/improvements for the CSA Control. Continuously build mastery of the specific CSA Control
