Took an early-stage consumer health-tech startup from zero to a launch MVP, live on iOS App Store and Google Play. Built shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and co-founders, owning strategy, technology, science, hiring, and CTO succession. Reframed the product vision from a single-device app to a multi-hardware ecosystem unified through one AI-driven engine; designed the AI roadmap (proactive conversational agents, real-time wearable data action recommendations) as the next post-MVP differentiator. Architected and shipped a production-grade Flutter + Firebase platform, structured so the incoming CTO inherits velocity instead of technical debt; cloud, sync, monitoring and release pipeline running unattended. Built the scientific layer as a differentiator lever: a 17-metric foundation grounded in 100+ peer-reviewed papers, designed so successive waves of metrics extend the same rail. Evaluated 3 hardware manufacturers (2 ruled out on technical grounds); led the JD, interviews and technical-gate decision for the incoming full-time CTO; coached the CEO and team through the retail→tech transition.

Founded and led a bootstrapped sportech startup building an agentic AI video coach that analyzes exercise technique and delivers personalized feedback; shipped a complete product to iOS and Android. Built the entire technology stack: Flutter app (clean architecture), Python/Firebase backend (Cloud Functions Gen 2, Firestore), and a TensorFlow ML pipeline for exercise recognition. Designed an AI agent system for post-workout feedback (NPS 56 on the first version) governed by a 530+ rubric library that adapts agent behavior by context. Owned product, strategy, go-to-market, marketing and customer development; ran market validation across 100+ users and 30 trainers.
