• • Running multiple Atlassian consolidation-migration between Server-Cloud, Cloud-DC, Server- DC…)

• • Assist users on Jira & Confluence configuration.

• • Implement improvements to the Atlassian suite for multiple customers by advising on processes, tools, and governance in the Atlassian ecosystem.

• • Designing technical & functional solutions.

• • Communicating and managing customer expectations.

• • Presales and licensing management

• • Pre-sales Tasks (Estimation, Quotes...)

• • Install, configure, manage, and maintain the entire Atlassian suite of applications in the Server and Cloud environment (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, NFeed, Xray, Scriptrunner, …)

• • Ability to understand a customer's business objectives, vision, and goals, and to translate these into application requirements and specifications.

• • Assist with planning, requirements gathering and other pre- implementation tasks.

• • Comfortable moving between technologies, expanding skills, and eager to learn and take on new challenges using the agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban)

• • Management and execution of Jira and app upgrades

• • Documentation of manuals in confluence (user manual, technical manual, Implementation Manual...)

• • Defining and configuring processes in Atlassian products

• • Generation and maintenance of addons

• • Manage the demand for services, including requests to the DevOps and QA Office

• • Management of the entire DevOps CI/CT/CD cycle in Cloud Ecosystem (Jira Software, Xray, Confluence, GitHub, Azure Git, SonarQube, Jenkins, IriusRisk and ServiceNow)
