Led the development of a new API from the ground up, decoupling existing functionalities from the legacy system and overseeing the migration from .NET 5.0 to .NET 9.0 to ensure a more robust and scalable architecture. Conducted thorough code reviews across both frontend and backend, implemented new features, optimized existing modules, and resolved bugs to enhance system stability and performance. Developed a new frontend functionality from scratch, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and supervising its proper implementation throughout the entire development flow. Managed version releases through CI/CD pipelines, including branch organization and deployment processes, while maintaining structured documentation to support a smooth release cycle. Worked within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with backend and frontend developers as well as QA to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.

Developed new features and maintained the ERP system, adapting it to meet evolving business needs. Handled support and issue tracking using the Servicetonic ticketing system.

Supervised the project development team, ensuring effective coordination and task execution. Improved and expanded internal documentation to enhance clarity and maintainability. Developed internal tools aimed at increasing overall team productivity and workflow efficiency.
