Built Control's iOS app from 0 to 1 and scaled it into a full product used in production. Took full ownership of the mobile codebase from day one — architecture, CI/CD, App Store releases, and feature development.

Over time, expanded scope beyond mobile to contribute across backend and frontend, acting as a generalist engineer wherever the product needed it.

Also played a product engineer role, bridging product and engineering — translating business requirements into technical specs, coordinating across teams, and making sure what got built actually matched what users needed.

Led mobile at Bitstack (YC S22), a Bitcoin savings app. Owned the full mobile roadmap — made the call to migrate from a legacy codebase to a new Flutter app from scratch, and drove that rewrite while keeping the existing app stable in production.

Took end-to-end ownership of architecture, Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations, real-time data via Firebase, and App Store releases. Worked closely with the CEO and product team to prioritize what got built and when.

Built the iOS app from scratch for Hoseki, a platform helping users verify and custody their Bitcoin. Owned the full mobile codebase while also contributing to the web platform and backend API integrations.

Worked across the stack — Swift on mobile, Node.js on the backend — in a small team where everyone wore multiple hats and shipped fast.
