Trafficking and setup of digital campaigns across international markets using Campaign Manager 360, IAS, DoubleVerify, and internal tools.

• Uploading creatives, configuring placements, and ensuring correct campaign structure and naming conventions.

• QA of tags, validation of tracking implementation, and testing creatives, links, and redirects before launch.

• Monitoring live campaigns, supporting basic reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues when needed.

• Coordinating with planners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery.

• Working across display, video, rich media, programmatic, and social formats for global and premium brands.

Providing multilingual (EN/ES) player support across all 2K titles, including NBA 2K, WWE, Borderlands, Civilization, and Mafia, through Zendesk. Ensuring clear, empathetic communication and a consistent, high quality user experience for a global player base.

Key contributions:

• Managing 60–80 tickets daily and maintaining 90%+ CSAT, contributing to faster resolutions and improved player satisfaction.

• Conducting user feedback and trend analysis to share actionable insights with QA, Product, and Marketing teams.

• Updating and optimizing the knowledge base (Help Center) to improve clarity, reduce resolution time, and streamline workflows.

• Moderating in game content across all 2K titles, enforcing community guidelines, and removing inappropriate content to ensure a safe and positive online environment.
