• Oversee the opening of purchase orders and ensure timely payment of invoices, adhering to client payment terms.
• Manage post-production processes, including editing, final approvals, and delivery of final content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, driving consistency and quality in project deliverables and processes.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring all productions are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
