I’m a People & Culture professional who’s spent the last few years helping tech companies grow in a way that works for both, the business and the people behind it.

I’ve built People functions from zero, supported teams through intense scaling phases and worked side by side with founders and leadership teams to turn fast growth into something sustainable. My work usually blends strategy with hands-on stuff, because it’s built in how we show up every day.

What really drives me is helping companies create environments where people actually want to do their best work and where processes make sense, data helps and common sense is still allowed.

These days I focus on helping startups and scaleups align their People strategy with their growth, without losing what makes them human
