I’m a venture and startup operator with experience spanning venture capital, startup acceleration, ecosystem growth, and Web3 infrastructure.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked remotely with international startups, venture funds, accelerators, and ecosystem organizations leading strategic operations, founder support initiatives, accelerator and grants programs, partnership development, and growth-focused execution across fast-moving environments.

My background bridges both the operational and investment side of startups. I’ve participated in startup evaluation and due diligence processes, contributed to investment-related decision-making, advised founders on growth and go-to-market strategy, and helped design and scale international accelerator, incubation, and ecosystem programs.

I specialize in building structure within high-growth environments; from operational systems and cross-functional workflows to stakeholder coordination, program leadership, founder enablement, and strategic execution.

Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled global program operations, managed strategic partnerships, worked closely with product and leadership teams, supported fundraising and ecosystem growth initiatives, and helped founders and organizations move from early-stage vision to operational execution.

Based in Madrid and working internationally, I operate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Lead strategic ecosystem and founder initiatives across the Stacks Bitcoin ecosystem through grants, startup acceleration, venture platform operations, and ecosystem growth programs focused on Bitcoin and emerging Web3 infrastructure.

Work closely with founders, technical teams, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to evaluate early-stage and growth-stage projects, contribute to ecosystem and growth strategy, and help drive adoption across areas including DeFi, payments, AI infrastructure, and Bitcoin-native applications.

Responsibilities include grants program evaluation and operations, founder and startup support, strategic partnerships, program design, milestone and performance review processes, ecosystem coordination, and cross-functional execution across globally distributed teams.

Also contribute to the development and growth of The Foundry, a founder-focused initiative supporting startups across different stages of growth, from validation and acceleration to ecosystem onboarding and scale. Advise teams across areas including startup strategy, ecosystem integration, go-to-market planning, operational execution, fundraising readiness, and growth within the Stacks ecosystem. This includes supporting more established companies entering the Stacks ecosystem for the first time through the Onboard program, as well as startups preparing to scale toward Series A readiness through the Scale program.

Led operations and strategic initiatives for a Bitcoin-focused venture fund and accelerator supporting early-stage founders building across Bitcoin, Web3, and emerging infrastructure ecosystems.

Worked closely with founders, investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners across accelerator operations, investment evaluation, partnerships, program management, and ecosystem growth initiatives. Responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating startups, supporting due diligence processes, contributing to investment selection decisions, and advising founders on strategy, positioning, operations, fundraising, and growth.

Also led day-to-day fund operations including fundraising support, LP communications and reporting, budget management, operational planning, hiring, team coordination, and internal systems development across globally distributed teams.

Managed founder onboarding and support, portfolio and program management, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional execution while helping scale the accelerator platform and support the broader growth of the fund’s venture and ecosystem activities.
