Since October 2021, I have been working as a Senior Salesforce Developer at NTT Data, where I design and build custom applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and standard Salesforce features. My role includes creating and maintaining data models, flows, and integrations with external systems, while also reviewing and optimizing code for performance and best practices. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and refine them based on feedback. Additionally, I handle configuration tasks such as reports and dashboards, conduct thorough testing to ensure quality and reliability, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all customizations and enhancements.

From October 2019 to October 2021, I worked as a Salesforce Developer at Solvay, where I designed and developed custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and standard features like flows, reports, and dashboards. My responsibilities included building and maintaining integrations with external systems, optimizing and reviewing code for performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices. I collaborated with business analysts, administrators, developers, and end-users to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and refine them through feedback. Additionally, I conducted unit and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and maintained comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and enhancements.
