From leading Malt’s freelance community, the largest freelance community in Europe, and building teams from scratch, I now bring my inside experience to growing organizations and leaders navigating constant change.

Context

People today struggle with burnout (50% of the world’s employees, up to 70% in Spain), disengagement, and a lack of real purpose. Change initiatives often fail because people aren’t supported to adapt effectively.

My focus

The company of the future isn’t the one with the most tech—it’s the one whose people grow with it. I help organizations and leaders navigate constant change through adoption strategies, emotional intelligence programs, and human-centered coaching, creating teams and cultures that thrive sustainably, without burnout.

I also coach 1:1 and facilitate workshops that create clarity, remerbers joy at work, and strengthen collaboration across teams and departments.

These programs enhance communication, energize people, and inevitably boost company performance, while making culture a living experience that employees feel, embody, and share every day—all in a human-centered, practical, and purposeful way.
