Main responsibilities:

-Design & implementation of Leadership Programs, delivered via Fresh Copilot: The first Al copilot designed for managers, specialized in leadership. 100% integrated into Slack, Google and Teams.

-Management of culture, development and structure projects of 3 to 6 months with our clientes.

-part of the funtional team, with Tech and Product in Fresh, responsible to design and implement our development software product: Talent Booster.

-Implementation of Customer Success processes to succesfully implement our product in our clients, including onboarding and post implementation actions.

-IA experimentation to innovate with IA in our case uses.
