• - Technical lead of a team of 5 data scientists and 3 data engineers driving key ML/AI initiatives.

• - Main backend developer of the ML/AI solutions supporting the ITops area of Banco Santander.

• - In charge of 7 projects including RAG from finely tuned LLM based on chatGPT, graph solutions, time series anomaly detection, optimization of resources, etc.

• - Design of suitable algorithms and pipelines both from scratch and from pre-existing software solutions using python, scikit-learn, hugging face, openai, tensorflow, lightgbm and more.

• - Big data exploitation from ElasticSearch, postgreSQL and spark.

• - Deployment and management of the solutions on the Azure cloud platform.

• - Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.

• - Providing the main areas of the company with valuable information based on the data available in the data lake. The lake is based on HDFS. Use of Impala and Spark on a regular basis.

• - Development of machine learning models by means of Python's specialized libraries such as scikit learn or tensorflow.

• - Text processing and automatic information extraction by applying classical methods from NLP.

• - Communication with project managers with the intention of identifying new possibilities for them based on data analytics.

• - Design, implementation and optimization of specially tailored algorithms.

• - Preparation of visualisation tools for making it easier to understand the data of the company.
