Including data transfer, DNS cutover, SSL setup, and post-migration validation. Identifying and resolving compatibility issues (plugins, PHP versions, database inconsistencies) to ensure zero-downtime transitions. Building internal tooling and automation to scale migration capacity and reduce manual effort.
