Senior strategy consultant with 25+ years of international experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, and urban development. As CEO and Founder of UrbanTree Partners, I help companies and investors across the full value chain: strategy, investment, business planning, operations, and growth.

My career combines the analytical rigor of McKinsey & Company and PwC with executive leadership roles at Timbers Resorts (Oaktree Capital Management) as Director for Europe, Sansouci as CEO of a master-planned community in Santo Domingo, and Grupo Abrisa as Director of Strategy, Corporate Development and Finance. I have led investments, financing structures, and developments of significant scale, working with leading international investment banks and operators such as Ritz Carlton.

I bring deep expertise in strategic planning, feasibility studies, financial modeling, due diligence, capital raising, asset management, and business development, across real estate, hotels, resorts, infrastructure, cultural institutions, co-living, glamping, affordable housing, and family offices.

My international experience covers Spain, the US, the UK, Italy, Andorra, and the Dominican Republic. As Director and Professor of Executive Education in Real Estate at Esade Business School, I stay at the forefront of industry trends: PropTech, sustainability, digital transformation, and customer experience.
