Writing is as common as dirt. Great, inspiring writing, however, is not.

I was born and raised in Venezuela to a pilot father and an artist mother. Since a very early age I had the opportunity to travel around and to live in very distinct places, always discovering new horizons. In the past 10 years I have traveled to more than 30 countries including India, France, Hong Kong, Canada, Panama, Russia, Mexico, Jordan, Turkey, Spain, Wales & England for study purposes, work and furthermore in order to seek inspiration for future work.

I have been working as an actor, translator and writer since 2008. Translation and proofreading has always been part of my life, one way or another. However, it was when I landed the leading role of a feature film that I thought to dedicate more time to the craft of writing also. The director of the film asked me to translate the fully finished script and also to take care of the applications for the upcoming film festival circuits. I did so and in 2013 we went on to win Best Latin American Film of the Year at the Montreal World Film Festival where we premiered. From then on, the film was accepted and featured in more than 100 film festivals around the world and managed to snatch more than 8 international awards, including a nomination for Best Movie at the Goya Academy Awards in Spain and the Award for Best Iberoamerican Film of the Year at the Platino Awards in 2015. The film, is now available on Amazon Prime and iTunes and my translations have been turned into subtitles.

Similar to films, spoken and written language communicates. A single word can have endless meaning and sentences can potentially build bridges between two souls that wouldn't have been able to connect otherwise. But it is the right use of language that allows for that chimera to be achieved. Allow me to help you flesh out the soul in your writing so that another soul may understand it in any capacity.
