I'm a market research consultant with 15 years designing and running qualitative and mixed-methods studies for B2C and B2B clients. I work end to end - brief, design, fieldwork, analysis, and the recommendation that comes out of it. No research that sits in a drawer.

Most of my work sits in three places: understanding what customers actually do and why, defining and validating value propositions, and mapping competitive landscapes so companies know where they stand.

🧠 Led the consumer research behind a mental-health platform's launch in Spain and France - competitive landscape, cultural analysis and consumer discovery feeding positioning, pricing and feature decisions alongside product, marketing and engineering
🤖 Explored how bank customers respond to AI assistants and chatbots for a UK retail bank - qualitative work feeding a quantitative survey and informing the product roadmap
💄 Ran an international consumer community for a global beauty brand on green beauty - what sustainability claims actually mean to buyers, and where they stop believing them
🍔 Diagnosed brand-loyalty erosion for a home-delivery platform through focus groups with its own and competitors' customers - the findings triggered a rebrand.
🎓 Built a continuous competitive observatory for an online university: 8 competitors, 86 postgraduate programmes tracked monthly on pricing, positioning and selling levers, with board-level recommendations

🌍 Trilingual. Native French and Spanish, C2 English (Cambridge). I run studies in multicultural contexts: localising designs, moderating in-language, reading cultural signals.
