Internationalist (graduated in International Relations),I'm a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil with more than 7 years of experience working in recruitment, people development and customer success. I had worked in multinational/national and startup companies, served several clients in a variety of industries (Tech, Pharma, Food and Beverage, Big Four firm and others) and has recruited from Analyst all the way up to Director positions.
About my performance, I have E2E exposure, maintain client relationship (national and/or global), carry out the selection process until the offer letter stage. I also have experience working with companies located in another country.
Outside this context, I have personal international experience in countries such as Colombia, Argentina and Uruguay.
