I am a Business Analyst with more than 15 years of international experience helping organisations improve Customer Data, Master Data Management, Data Governance and business processes.

My expertise lies in bridging business and technology by translating business needs into structured, practical and sustainable data solutions. Throughout my career, I have worked with multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT specialists to define requirements, standardise data, improve data quality and support digital transformation initiatives.

I have contributed to projects involving Customer Master Data, CRM, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Data Quality, Metadata Management, Business Glossaries, Data Catalogues and Microsoft Purview. More recently, I have collaborated on Data Governance initiatives focused on metadata standardisation, schema catalogues and business terminology alignment.

My background combines experience in multinational private companies and international public organisations, including the European Commission and United Nations initiatives, always working in multicultural environments where collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.
