Conversational Design
I’ve designed intelligent chatbot conversations using NLU, NLP, and NLG technologies (Dialogflow, Cognigy, and others), as well as narrative dialogues for video games.
My work includes crafting virtual assistant personalities, defining linguistic patterns, conducting UX research and audits, user testing, working with LLMs, and facilitating co-creation workshops.
