- AI-Powered Invoice Automation (SAP Integration): Developed a .NET 8 & Blazor app to automate PDF invoice processing. The system leverages Cloud AI services for metadata extraction, integrated into an ESB connected to SAP via HTTP, streamlining financial workflows.

- Industrial Document Generator (Legacy Migration): Independently designed and architected a CE & Brochure generator. I led the migration from a legacy Excel/VBA workflow to a modern Full-Stack solution using Angular 18 and .NET 8. By leveraging a cloud-based architecture, I drastically improved document generation times, UI/UX, and data consistency across the industrial department.

- Additional Technical Support: Experience supporting Prestashop (PHP) apps and a background in IT Helpdesk management, providing technical assistance and managing complex ticket resolution workflows.

- Volmachtbeheer (Netherlands Business Unit): Performed end-to-end maintenance and feature enhancements for this strategic platform used by Dutch insurance companies and underwriting agents. I specialized in optimizing legacy .NET Framework 4.8 environments, utilizing ASP.NET and ADO.NET to manage complex data workflows and ensure seamless communication between disparate financial systems.

- Database Optimization: Managed and optimized PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and improving query performance for high-traffic insurance management tools.

- Qapter Claims Support: Provided technical support and feature development for Qapter Claims, Solera’s flagship global platform for vehicle damage assessment. Working within a multi-stack environment, I tackled complex bug fixing and system stability tasks using Java Spring, Apache Velocity, and SQL Server.
