Many users requested personal SQL queries from DBAs, often with inconsistent results. My first task was to assess this issue and propose a solution. I created a VB tool where users could run SQL and export data to Excel, reducing DBA workload. However, the transactional DB was still overloaded.By analyzing frequent queries, I designed and built the official DWH from scratch.
