My work sits at the intersection of strategy, retail, omnichannel, data and operations. I support leadership teams on projects such as growth strategy, business planning, go-to-market, retail performance, customer journey optimisation, B2B2C and wholesale models, operating model design, and target screening.

What sets me apart is my ability to move from high-level thinking to hands-on execution. I do not stop at recommendations: I translate strategy into roadmaps, KPIs, governance, processes, dashboards, tools and implementation plans that teams can actually use.

I spent more than 12 years at Puig across headquarters, local markets and global functions, working on beauty, fragrance, retail and omnichannel transformation. I created and led the Group’s Retail Intelligence function, built global performance frameworks, deployed data and tech solutions across multiple markets, and worked closely with brand, commercial, retail, finance and technology teams.
