-Structured valuation models (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions), prepared IMs and investor presentations.

-Supported senior management in deal origination, negotiation, and relationship management with investors and banks.

-Coordinated due diligence and closing processes, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

• Identification and analysis of potential M&A opportunities (acquisitions, partnerships, disposals, fundraising, etc).

• Monitoring and coordination of i) due diligence process on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions (also with other stakeholders), ii) materials preparation (information memorandums, letter of intentions, non-binding and binding offers, SPA, etc) and iii) business plan and models preparation (LBO & DCF).

• Responsible for staff planning and team management within M&A deal projects (up to 10 people in charge).
