For Mars, Stellantis, and Suntory, I've owned the full lifecycle: requirements, roadmap, delivery, UAT, go-live. That means owning the hard calls — challenging scope, realigning stakeholders, and keeping delivery connected to business value.

I made a deliberate bet: a 400-hour AI Engineering bootcamp at Ironhack. Not to become an engineer — but to understand deeply enough to lead AI product development with the same rigour I applied to CRM. I shipped a production-grade AI agent (RAG pipeline, 96% accuracy across 244 test runs - available on GitHub) and I'm bringing that capability directly into enterprise contexts.
